CycleTEK offers the original purchaser an unconditional lifetime warranty on the M1 Cycling Trainer. As the original purchaser, your CycleTEK trainer is covered against defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing for as long as you own it.
The warranty does not apply to damage through abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications. Replacement parts and warrantied repairs will be done at our sole discretion. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
HOW TO REGISTER
In order to be eligible for a warranty claim, the original purchaser must complete the warranty registration online at www.cycletek.com within 30 days of purchase.
RETAIN PROOF OF PURCHASE
It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to retain, and provide all documentation in the event that repairs are needed. No warrantied repairs will be accepted without the warranty registration, and serial number of the trainer.
WARRANTY EXCHANGE PROCESS
In the event you have a problem with your trainer, immediately contact our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-958-3055, or via email at info@cycletek.com. Please be prepared to give your trainer's registration information, and serial number; we will then issue you a return authorization number. Return only the parts in question for warranty; do not return the entire trainer. In some cases we will send your parts out with a call tag and they can be sent back in the same packaging that you received your replacements. In other cases we may require to inspect your parts prior to issuing your warranty claim. Replacement parts, and warrantied repairs will be done at our sole discretion. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
